War, it always starts with war, your war or theirs no one knows.

After war, it just becomes survival, some say of the fittest, in reality it's just surviving as best you can. One thing that is sure, scavenging after war can lead to riches beyond people's imagination, Freedom Renegade is set in a devasted landscape, torn by war with massive fighting machines littering the sky line ready for the pickings of some lucky survivor.

Then again, there are always others with the same idea, bands of survivors who take first and ask later, always ready for a fight to maintain their power in the deserted war torn lands. Trading towns exist, full of merchants ready to trade or even provide shelter for survivors low on their luck.
As in the majority of survival games you will need to cope with hunger, thirst and radiation. Work to build a base, searching ruins to scrounge items and create better equipment.
Traveling around is easier when you repair a vehicle to save on your legs, arm it for protection, or use it for hauling parts for your great fighting machine.

Full third person or first person emersion within broken cities in search of that all important item, maybe you find ammo for your weapons and take the fight to the others in the open world environments. 

  1. Large Environment: Regional worlds full of scattered resources for you to collect, then use to enhance your character, base and vehicles. Search ruins, old cities and remote locations.
  2. AI enemies: Bandits to fight and defeat to secure supplies, traders to swap and buy equipment, arms merchants and many more.
  3. Getting around: You can walk/run or why not train horse or even hot wire the vehicles you find around the world, maybe you strip them down for parts and have you eye on bigger prizes.
  4. Build your base: Resources gathering the materials to build a base, in readyness to make you very own Mechanical fightig machine and conquer all!

Asset Creation

We are working on creating more and more assets for the game, including world areas, searchable buildings, customisable vehicles cars, lorrys and the great mechanical fighting machines,

Building assets to allow you to build your own bases, using scavanged parts scattered throughout the world, not all are unprotected,

Programming

Inventory, trade and building concepts are on the way, with a crafting system to allow you to create your own fighting machine, to use to destroy your adversaries, Our goal is to have these in place so we can reach our goal to have an immersive playing field for a multi player enviorment.
